SSIS Tasks are fully supported in all versions of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) (2005, 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2017 & 2019). They are written in pure C# and can be used in all SSIS development environments, including BIDS (Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio). The tasks are designed with simplicity in mind and provide a simple way to achieve your goals without sacrificing flexibility.
